Paintball Mountain

I ordered two paintball guns from paintballmountain.com last week.  They were used but in almost new condition!  I couldn't be happier.  Customer service was very helpful and I received my items quickly.  Overall a very good online shopping experience.

I found a great price on a new paintball marker from this store, so despite seeing some older reviews that indicated negative experiences, I gave them a call. I discovered that they are under new ownership and have obviously corrected the problems that were noted in the past.

Excellent customer service! They were very friendly and helpful, offered a lot of advice for buying my first marker, and delivered it fast! I will definitely shop here for my next paintball purchase.

I won 3rd place in a contest they had at the end of 2005. The drawing was made Jan.21,2006 (will be glad to send the email of the contest to anyone).I sent over 13 emails about the Spyder Pilot that I won starting at the end of Feb. 2006. I never got a response til May23 ,2006 saying that they would honor the contest (got that email too for anyone if they want to see ),Its now July 18t, 2006 and still NO prize AND still no answer why.

My friend and I ordered pants and packs through this company and it was our worst shopping expierence to date. The packs were not in stock although the website stated they were. The company did not contact to tell us this fact and we had to call dozens of times to get a hold of them. After 2 weeks we tried calling and could not get a hold of the company. I recommend everyone does not buy from this company due to poor customer service and their website which does not update the products it does and does not have in stock.

I placed an order on a Monday totaling $100.99. On Wednesday it still was not shipped. I sent an email with no response. I also called their support line and got a answering machine. I never received a return call. On Thursday I called their store line and finally talked to a real person and was promised it would be shipped on that present day. It was a lie! They did not ship it until Friday. As of today (Tuesday) more than a week later, the package has been shipped but for some odd reason has been sitting in Billings Montana for the last 3 days. Avoid buying from Paintball Mountain. Service and support do not exist.
