I an not satisfied at all with Painreliever.com
I purschased a IMAK glove and was not delivered to me. I called customer service and I was told that UPS was not able to locate address. The customer service representative told me to pay EXTRA $10 just to have UPS retry to deliever the product. I paid $33.42 for a $17 product, cause I paid for overnight delivery. When the customer service representative called UPS to track the package, UPS had already sent back to their office. The customer service representative then stated that she woul dcontact me when the package arrives back at her office. I never got a call from her, so I contacted her and asked for my money back since they didnt deliver. She said i could not get my money back and would have to re-purchase. I am sooo upset.

The Mini Exerciae bike was delivered on time, in good condition. I am happy withthe way it functions. The adjustable Folding Cane has not arrived yet, although the estimated delivery was stated to be 3-7 business days. It has now been 12 business days and I just received a notice that the order had been sent to the wharehouse.

The delivery was late for Fex 2nd day air. Ordered on a Friday, delivered on a Tuesday. The sizing of these braces is incredibly small. Other vendors mediums fit me. This brand of medium was so small I will need to return them.
