I ordered a Compaq iPAQ Expandable Case (3535 H3135 H3650, etc) # 3398
The product SKU 217883-B21. This item has a picture of the iPaq Case on your web site.

The item received was a Concepts PDA Leather Case that nowhere resembles what was ordered nor does it hold my iPaq 3650 with the Compaq expansion pack. I would like for you to send the correct item prepaid and send me a paid return label to return the wrong item. If you do not have the correct item, then send me a paid return label and issue me FULL credit of the amount charged ( $ 20.88).

I am at home now at XXX-XXX-XXXX(12 noon on the East Coast) Please call me ASAP so we may resolve this issue and prevent me from filing a dispute with my Credit Card Co.

Gizmos2Go offered the Palm Z22 hand held computer at the lowest price I found available after looking at a number of sites on the internet. The ordering process on the web was simple and quick. The link from Epinions took me right to the product I was looking for on the Gizmos2Go web site. I received excellent communication from Gizmos2Go about my order. First I received a confirmation email right after I placed my order, and then an email that my order had been processed, and then with a shipment tracking number and a link to a web site so I could track the order. I then was notified when my credit card was charged when Gizmos2Go shipped the order. Finally I was notified that the order was complete. I couldn't ask for any better and complete customer service. I received my shipment promptly, just five days after I placed my order. Even with the shipping cost, it was still the best deal available. The packaging was complete and included everything promised. I was very satisfied with my order from this web merchant.

Unreliable service! Unreasonable shipping charges! I have ordered 4 items for about $45. I was charged $21 for shipping and handling. One of the items was not shipped. I notified customer service and was promised a shipment, but missing item was never received nor was credit issued.

The company will not give a refund and offers only a certificate for their site. The shipping is not refundable and you have to pay to ship it back.

return shipping 5.00 dollars
Total 22.88 for an 8 dollar certificate for junk.

I ordered a demo Palm Pilot from Gizmos2Go and am completely satisfied. The product came quickly and exactly as described. All communication has been prompt and thorough. I was able to track my order from beginning to end and knew exactly when to expect delivery. I'm very happy with my Palm Pilot and with Gizmos2Go.

Ordered new HP PDA. Got one in Chinese. Gizmos ignored all contact. Called HP. Told it was out of warranty. Returned to Guizmos with request to send what I ordered. They ignored. After 6 wks of trying to contact, I challenged on my Visa. Visa ruled in my favor. Gizmos challenged that. It went to Visa International and ruled in my favor.
Gizmos has now sent my file to a collection agency. I have a file one inch thick proving my claim. Will fight it all the way if I have to go visit Arnold Schwarzenager!!! My credit is impeccable. I will not let them get away with this. Any positive remarks you read have got to be paid advertisements. This is a nightmare company to deal with.

The WORST experience in Internet shopping, ever.
I order a battery for my IBM T42 laptop. The battery never worked. I asked for a refund, then for a supervisor or somebody from customer support to talk to. Always the same response by email: send the battery back. It has not been possible to talk to anyone over the phone.
Somebody from the Commerce Department should investigate this company thoroughly. I bet they will find many irregularities. They should ban them from doing business and force them to refund for all defective products sent.
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Clearly I am not alone in my bad experience.

Ordered a Palm Zire 72 as a Demo unit. This PDA is like new as I think I put the first finger prints on it. It still had the protective plastic across the screen like all new items do. It was easy to order and I could compare all the differant PDA's to get just the model I wanted. Shipping was fast and I was kept informed every step of the way in what stage the shipment was in so I knew when to expected the delivery. It came packaged in a sturdy outer box with packing peanuts and the inner box that it would sell in the stores in. No movement possible in either box. The sync cord was still packaged in plastic, unopened. the charger cord still factory wrapped. The price on this unit was nothing less than excellant, not a good price, I said excellant price. This site has all the accessories so now I have to get busy and start putting this Zire 72 to work and start choosing some extras just to expand it usefullness. Thank you, I'll be back to shop again.

BAD! HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! PATHETIC! THE PITS!
Item was delivered nearly two weeks after purchase. When it arrived, it was broken. Having no other recourse (there is no customer service number to call) I shipped the unit back to them at my expense. I had to hurry because their policy is to accept returns only within seven days. Again, over a week after they said they had shipped a replacement, it finally arrived. Upon close examination, I realized replacement was the same unit I'd returned to them. Surprise, surprise- it still didn't work!
They claim they will only exchange an item for credit- no refunds! However, their selection is skimpy and full of brands from the most obscure regions of China. I have better stuff in my junk drawer at home. And, at least I know that stuff works!

BAD,BAD!!! Sent wrong part twice (so far) had to pay to have it delivered, sent back & sent back again. They Don't OWN A PHONE!!! & it looks like they can't READ EITHER. I've sent them multiple emails, sent a Specific note when I had to pay to return the wrong part the 1st time & Can't Call them. Put my phone number on emails & note. Would Never work with another company without phone support again.

Gizmos2go has truly changed the world of online shopping. I can find almost anything i want and my last purchases included a number of items for automobile electronics. The purchases are always easy with just a click from paypal everything is done and depending on the seller i get the product fast. The prices are extremely competitive and i can find anything from a subwoofer to the kit needed to install it.

I would never shop there again. My experience seems to be the same as many others when they ship you the wrong item. They charged $12 for shipping a $9.99 cord for my Palm V. But the cord they shipped was not the one shown on their website or indicated on the shipping invoice. Trying to communicate with them is almost impossible. It only cost $2.45 to send the cord back to them first class mail. They said they were sending me a replacement, but never did. Then I got an e-mail saying they had credited my visa account for $9.99. They never did say why they didn't send me the cable I ordered.
