Very bad experience. I ordered one thing and received something entirely different (a much cheaper product); and, as seen in other reviews - they have no contact number for returns/exchanges. Having seen that many other customers have had credit card fraud after dealing with this merchant, I immediately canceled the card that I'd given them. I only wish I had seen the bad reviews sooner. I have a suspicion that the good reviews have been posted by the company's own staff in order to offset the many negative reviews that are telling the truth.

My order was fine, and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

HOWEVER - no customer support phone number, among other support concerns.

The credit card I used for this order was the only time I used it in many months, but 2 weeks later, there were unauthorized charges on the card (online gaming site & others), using info from an electronic transaction, info that isn't given in a brick & mortar swipe card reader. It was over a year ago in which I last used this card online.

Very suspicious, but I can't CALL Gizmos2Go with my concerns, whether they've been compromised, or whether an employee was up to no good, or what.

I had a positive experience with this store. They had a good description of the products and what they include, and the prices were decent. I like that they offer a year warranty (at a charge), because I figure that if it works for a year, it will work for much longer.
They update you regularly on the status of your order. When I had a question, they responded very quickly and answered satisfactorily.
The only thing I wasn't aware of is that they ship from California, which means that UPS Ground took a while to get to me in NJ. So, if you need it fast, choose something faster than ground shipping.
I'm definitely looking forward to enjoying my Palm, and hoping not to have to use the warranty! :)

HORRID! Rip-off, they take you money and they NEVER RESPOND. This is a shell company designed to steal your money. One of the worst outfits on the Internet, an utter disaster! They have a Fax line that's dead and do not even have a telephone nor listed hours. They barely even have an address. Someone needs to arrest these people.

I was thrilled to see Gizmos2Go had accessories for my older PDA. However, after I made the purchase (literally a day or two after) I found my company credit card had been used to open a fraudulent long distance service account. Something is definitely rotten here! The final blow is that there is no phone number to contact them.

I started Internet shopping about three years ago,and have been dealing with a handful of shops in the UK, ASIA AND THE US.I have made some comparisons and observations.With regard to delivery speed, order accuracy, customer service,customer care and overall satisfaction, I have no doubt in my mind that Epinions is so far the most outstanding.I hope this customer satisfaction could continue.What amazed me was the prompt response made to every letter I send. This is very impressive.What is more? The series of information which is sent to customers at regular intervals is highly commendable.
The free reward program to customers is something I have never come across before since I started Internet shopping.

I ordered a laptop batter online from them and it didn't work. I returned it for another & that one didn't work. I asked for a refund & was given an online "git certificate (no cash refunds) for only a fraction of the original order. I ordered something with the gift certificate and was told it was on the way but the tracking # was not recognized by UPS. When I asked about this they backordered my order then sent me an email saying I had another gift certificate in the amount of the order. They will not answer my questions!
Resolution Sought: Refund the full $47.88 that I paid for the original battery.

I bought a 20 gig ipod from them. It was 165 dollars plus shipping. It was badly scratched all over. It then died two weeks after I bought it, there warranty is only for one week. To have it fixed at IresQ it is going to cost 120$! It needs a new logic board and battery, something you would think wouldn't be a problem with a refurbished Ipod.

This site solicits positive reviews from it's customers. They have received an F rating from the BBB.com Please check businesses through the Better Business Bureau before giving them your hard earned money. Their customer service is appalling and after attempting to buy a NEW Dell Axim from them and them sending me TWO faulty, obviously used ones I am out $400 and currently pursuing legal action!! The BBB.com also has their website alias'. This company is a great reason not to shop online!!

Gizmos2Go is great! I have ordered several PalmZ22 PDAs for myself and family members. Easy to use product. Great company....excellent prices for quality products. Have had very good experience with customer service when I did have a problem with my PDA. I would recommend this company highly!!

I received the wrong product. Shipping fee was outrageous. They also want to charge me to ship it back to them when they are the one's that sent me the wrong product. I can't get reimbursed only in store credit. Why, so they can send me the wrong product again. Also, can't talk to a realy person, can only email. When I do email all I get is an automated response of "i'm sorry" don't buy from this store!!!!!

Unlike other retailers that will refund your shipping cost along with price if they are at fault, this company will not do that and the shipping fees are extremely high (which is why their prices are so 'low').

They advertise products as compatible when in fact they do not fit. Items I purchased did not fit as advertised, they did not change the listing on the website when it was brought to their attention and would not make a complete refund.

FYI - Gizmos2Go offers REWARDS for positive reviews. Keep that in mind when you read all those positive reviews.
