Sorry Company

I purchased a Palm PDA M500, a leather case for a Palm Zire71, and a hard shell "bumper" case for the Palm M500. The shipping cost was a bit expensive, but their price was pretty good. They sell demonstration PDA units and bulk purchase PDA units, so their price is hard to beat. This company sent me a regular leather case for the M500 instead of the "bumper" case that I ordered. I checked my confirmation email and the invoice that was sent with the package and they both listed the correct item. I immediately contacted them to get this resolved. I assumed that they would act like any other credible merchant and send me a return slip to have it returned at their cost. I then expected them to ship me the correct product. They replied that I would have to return the product to them at my expense in order to get the correct item. It is their store policy that they do not ever reimburse shipping costs for any reason. This is a very sorry way to run a business. Any decent company would be greatly sorry that they had screwed up your order and try to do what it takes to win back your business This is a very sorry company. Do NOT deal with this sorry company.
