In late August, I went to Gizmos2go.com to purchase a Palm case for my boyfreinds birthday. I simply did a search for the palm case and came across their site. I figured like alot of other sites I have purchased from that they would be just fine even though I have never purchased from them before.

My initial experience was good. I liked the site and it was not fantastic nor really easy to surf but I found what I wanted and for a one time purchase, it wasnt bad. The shipping was also very very high for the product but I paid it for the fact I wanted the product quickly and they had it in stock. I ordered the case and waited patiently for it to arrive.

When it did arrive, it was completely the wrong case. I went to the site to find out about returning it. Besides the fact that the return process is horribly complicated, there was NO way to speak directly with anyone concerning my issue. I was quite upset about this because I do like one on one customer service. But I filled out one of their "tickets" and got no response other than a silly automated message saying that someone would get back to me soon. I had to submit another ticket several days later and finally got a response saying that they would fax me the return shipping label.

SO I returned the item and they sent the replacement out to me. Each time I corresponded with them, I sent them the Item number as well as the description, but when I got the replacement, they STILL sent me the WRONG ITEM!!! AGAIN!!! You would think that having done it once, the company would make sure not to do it again.

SO another set of "Tickets" were filled out, by a very frustrated Me. I requested a FULL refund for the amount I paid including shipping as they have wasted a great deal of my time and obviously cannot get this order right. I was told via email that it would be taken care of.

I sent back the item but what do I get in my email? A store credit and not for the full price plus the shipping. First of all, I dont want to buy anything from this site. I dont think they could do anything right and its not like I can express to them my frustration in anything more than type. And secondly, I want that stupid HUGE shipping charge given back to me too because the item I ordered was NEVER shipped to me.

Now I have to fill out another "ticket" to even get this matter addressed because again there is no other way to get this fixed. I doubt they will give me my money back. IF they dont, I will be disputing with my credit card company. But how sick is it for me to have to go to that length to get my money back for an Item I never received.

Please do NOT buy anything from this company. Either they arent smart or they are unethical. I would not recommend this to anyone. THe site is mediocre, the staff is incompetant, the customer support is sorely lacking and the return process is not a good or easy return process even if the mistake was theirs.
