PC Connection

I had problems once in the past with a laptop computer manufacturer. After many service calls to the manufacturer, I finally called PC Connection who replaced the laptop that day, something manufacturer woudl not even consider. After weeks of dealing with the manufacturer, the problem was determined to be a glitch in the BIOS of the laptop. PC Connection stood behind its product better than the manufacturer of that product. I had always had a good experience when dealing with your company, but after my laptop experience, I have relayed my experience and am even happier to support your company.

The order was shipped in two parts. The carrier was DHL The delivery guy bent the package containing the first part?Norton Confidential? in order to make it fit into into my mailbox. Luckily, the content, a DVD, wasn't damaged. I reported this to Customer Service.

We were very pleased with the transaction except that I had to respond to an email for "loss prevention" which seems to actually be for the purpose of verifying my billing address. If I did not receive this email, I'm afraid the shipment would not have been shipped.

Overall very good, however the online add was misleading as it described the item as "open box" when it was in fact, refurbished. However, their customer service, especially a person named Susan, was excellent as there was no problem returning the item and replacing it with a new computer.
