Great experience. I researched what I wanted - a Brother MFC9700 - and found PC Nation to be the way lowest price, with free shipping instead of about $35 for everyone else (heavy 46 pounds).

Immediate and easy ordering and email confirmation and great, on-time shipping - even though it was free. The unit is as advertised and works great. I recommended it to a friend and will use them again.

I ordered a notebook computer from PCNation on Monday and received it on Friday. There was a delay since this was my first order with them. Their security office wanted to speak with me to verify some information before they processed the order, and when I returned their call they had left for the day. Since the amount was nearly $2,000, I was glad they took that precaution to help prevent credit card fraud.

Things I liked: good price for the Toshiba notebook, free shipping (transit time was only two days), no sales tax for my state, credit card security precautions.

Things I disliked: The Toshiba box was rattling around inside the shipping box - they put no packing material inside whatsoever.

PERFECT Transaction! This has to be the most perfect transaction I have ever placed online. I was a little skeptical in ordering from PC Nation at first as this was my first ever experience with them. I usually purchase from B&H. However, but after reading some store reviews I had enough confidence in placing an order for a Canon LV-5210 projector with PC Nation. Their price was full $200 less than B&H. I placed the order at around 2 p.m. on Monday, June 28th. There was a message a bit later on my phone. I called back at around 4 p.m. (EST) confirming the shipping address as being correct. I did order this with FedEX next Day, although PC Nation offered free third day service (I needed it fast). And WOW, the very next morning (today), Tuesday, June 29th this thing gets delivered at 11 a.m. That's an amazing 21 hours after placing the order; shipped from IL delivered to PA. THANKS PC NATION!!!!

I dealt with PCNation for the 1st and last time. They shipped me a defective item and I have to pay freight both ways. They offer no special freight service to ship you a replacement. If you want to get a replacement it should arrive in 2 weeks. PCNation is not a reputable company and I would recommend you order from another company. The $10 I "saved" cost me significantly more.

Excellent service. The only reason I needed to call PC Nation was when I auto-filled a form, it entered the incorrect expiration date for my credit card (it tried to enter the 4-digit year instead of just the last 2 digits). After one phone call, the printer shipped on the same day I made the order. The printer arrived 1 day earlier than I expected. The price was excellent. The shipping was free. The box was in excellent shape. I highly recommend PC Nation. I did not purchase extra ink for my printer from PC Nation because their prices for genuine Canon ink cartridges are not competitive with another merchant I regularly shop at. When I'm looking for such items, I will check the prices at PC Nation again.

I ordered 2 cameras and only one was shipped. I was not notified that the second camera was back ordered until it did not arrive. Once I called, however, it was overnighted at no additional charge. An e-mail or note that the camera had not been shipped would have been appreciated, but the problem was handled well after I called.

I ordered 2 items , one of which was shipped from a different warehouse. I had no tracking or shipping info for that item, and received it a bit later than expected. The item shipped from the PC Nation warehouse I was able to track, and I received it promptly.

I called to verrify availability and they had the projector I wanted in stock!!! Other companies advertised the projector in stock but when I ordered it there was a backorder on the projector.
