After initial challange with my location at the time of online purchase, all went smooth. I understand securty is a majoy issue with online purchased, but work on a alternate approach may be a benefit to you marketing plan to expand your service.

PCNation indicated that the item was in stock, but as soon as I ordered it, then they said it was out of stock. I tracked it online for a few weeks, and it was always out of stock. I emailed the vendor, asking when it would ship, and they said they would ship it out the next day, but never did. It has been over a month now, and the item still has not shipped. Very unsatisfied.

This shredder is quiet and appears to be everything as shown. PC Nations website was easy to use and they had the lowest price for this product. If I have to make any purchases like this in the future, I will definitely use PCNation.

Shipping came in original package suseptible to pilfrige and damage. Suggest they place the Manufacture package in an appropriate box for shipping with more padding. Package did not come in thre days as requested.

The paper shredder came in on time and it worked fine. The free 2-3 day delivery for this 47 lb item was a great attraction for using PCNation. The shredder was cheaper at Amazon.com but free shipping at Amazon is by mule cart. Also there are no solicitations at PCNation to sign up for unwanted credit cards as there are at Amazon.

This outfit is totally worthless. I ordered the product which, in itself, was a hassle. About a week after placing the order I received an email demanding that I phone them due to some unmentioned "problem." I replied that I live in Vietnam and a phone call to their 800 number is impossible, but I'd try if they would furnish me with a normal non-WATS phone number. They never did, but continued to insist that I phone them. I explained again that I am unable to phone the number they are giving me, and I gave them my Vietnam phone number, which they have not called. They never attempted to debit the card I gave them and have never even hinted what the big problem is. At this point they are not answering my inquiries and I have no idea whether they ever intend to fill this order. Apparently, this company has a big problem with coherent communication.

I received the printer quickly with three business days. There was no tracking available so I did not know when to expect the printer. This gives me mixed feelings -- Delivery was quicker than expected, but some concern as to when it would arrive.

The product actually came ahead of schedule. I was very impressed. I am assuming the quality of the printer is fine though we have not yet set it up in our house. At this point I would definitely go to PC Nation again to purchase other products.

When I ordered this product from the web-site it said that the product was in stock. We are now 11 days later and the site still quotes the order as back-ordered. Zero resolution or follow-thru.

I don't know how they delivered the GPS at such an incredible price! This company far exceeded my expectations! Description on website did not include all items in package that should come with unit. I called prior to ordering and was assured GPS was new factory sealed and included everything from manufacturer. It came with free shipping two days earlier than anticipated in factory sealed perfect condition with everything included. I was a little hesitant to order a GPS on line after reading about some companies that sell refurbished units as new. One competing company told me the have their own special white boxes because they buy in bulk but units are new. That sounded fishy and made me nervous about buying online from an unfamiliar company. I saved about $100 on the GPS compared to retail and would not hesitate to order from PC Nation again in the future.
