Very positive experience. Took two phone calls and two emails to complete the transaction but it was my first purchase and was for more than $1,000.00.  They wanted to make sure I was the holder of the credit card.

Phone calls were very professional and considerate.

I did have to email request for tracking # but it was answered within 15 minutes with the tracking #.

I ordered a notebook computer last week, expecting that i could trust their December 19th deliver date.  The item was shown as 'in stock".  An on-line follow up showed the item 'in warehouse', followed by "at shipper".  I then get an email saying the item is not available, though it might be in two weeks. In the mean time they have my credit card information. 

Did they EVER have the item?  Did they misquote the price?  Who knows... I know that I won't be getting my computer in time for Christmas.  With all the other options out there, don't bother placing an order here.  A friend (who will not be getting a present this year) recommended PC Nation to me.

Excellent pre-order support in clarifying equipment options and features to amplify long list of features posted in their internet advertising. My experience with the PCNation was so excellent.This was my first business with PCNation.I purchased a Sony vaio fw 285 laptop on18th nov.'08. Even though I contacted other parties for the purchase I didn't like their approach towards their customers.I got the prompt reply and good dealings, get the laptop in good condition with a better deal and before the expected time from the PCNation.I couldn't find the operation manual for the product and that's the only thing which bothered me a little bit as a beginner.PCNation is an excellent place for shopping. I recently ordered a HDR-SR11 camera recorder.   I spoke directly with a sales agent.  He was very informative about the product and what came with it. I was told an exact price and that is what I paid.  Shipping was free and to be delivered in 3 days.  I received it in 2 days.  It was exactly as I had been told and factory sealed.  I am learning how to use my new toy.  I have and will continue to recommend PC Nation to everyone.  Thanks for all your help.

My order is on back order as they were out. It was to have arrived on Wednesday the 17th, but I received an email on that day explaining that it was back ordered. It would have been better if it would have let me know when I placed the order rather than on the day it was to arrive.
