While the product was less expensive than any other place,I had problem after problem.Everytime I would try and call,nobody would return my call.It took several days for them to finally ship it.When I was asked which shipping method I choose,I chose the free 3 day shipping because I needed it immediately, but instead they shipped it regularly taking a week or more.I still havent received my order!!

I appreciated the positive ratings by other customers. The printer was $97 cheaper than at the local Staples. I tracked it on their site - it gave daily updates on the status of the order. They gave free shipping (included in the price). Their price was therefore more competitive with other internet vendors and local stores. I was impressed at the speedy shipping (3 days). Overall a very positive experience and I would order from them again.

This order has been delayed in shipping due to a signature requirement that someone other than PC Nation put on the package. A call to the company was useless; a call to FEDEX may have corrected the problem, but as I haven't received the product I can't verify this to be true. It's a nightmare! PC Nation needs to have more control over the products it sells and it needs to add either a statement or an option for the signature requirement. I am NOT a happy customer.

My experience was FANTASTIC! They followed up the order with a confirmation e-mail (which I appreciated) and I had my item 10 min after I called PC Nation to make sure they had everything they needed and to get a shipping confirmation! So - I got my item even before I got the shipping confirmation number! They also had the best price. I would definitely order again from them! LS

"I ordered a e-book reader form PCnation. With 2day Expres and did not receive the item on the day it was suppose to arrive. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back because Fedex was the shipping carrier and claim it was left on the front step. 2 weeks later I receive the item and PCnation basically called me a lair and did nothing to dispute with their shipping carrier.

Very positive experience. Took two phone calls and two emails to complete the transaction but it was my first purchase and was for more than $1,000.00.  They wanted to make sure I was the holder of the credit card.

Phone calls were very professional and considerate.

I ordered a notebook computer last week, expecting that i could trust their December 19th deliver date.  The item was shown as 'in stock".  An on-line follow up showed the item 'in warehouse', followed by "at shipper".  I then get an email saying the item is not available, though it might be in two weeks. In the mean time they have my credit card information. 

Did they EVER have the item?  Did they misquote the price?  Who knows... I know that I won't be getting my computer in time for Christmas.  With all the other options out there, don't bother placing an order here.  A friend (who will not be getting a present this year) recommended PC Nation to me.
