Once I got past the initial new customer confirmation, everything was good. I would buy from them again. They seemed very concerned about the first time buyer and I appreciated that they required a confirmation of my account. Horrible experience with the product download. Also all the garbage that is mixed in is totally obstructive to the process - had to spend hours figuring out how to really get the item downloaded.
