I cant say enough positive things about this company.
I was going to place an online order for a GPS unit, but I had some questions that their site's description didn't cover. So I called their 800 number.  "Nick" took his time and answered every question. Also he didnt try to push me into buying anything "extra" either, although I did purchase their 5 year Extended Warranty for the Garmin Zumo 550 GPS unit I ordered from them. While they were processing my order, they put me on hold for what seemed like a long time. I just assumed they had some computer problem......but what I found out later, was that PC Nation was actually PROTECTING ME from Fraud. Here's why.
I ordered this unit to be sent to me at a different location other than the billing address....and was using my husbands credit card. The reason I was on HOLD, was they took the time to call my husband at his OFFICE to VERIFY the purchase was AUTHORIZED by him.  I appreciated that. In this age of credit card AND ID Theft, you cant be too careful. 
 Their "free shipping" was actually NEXT DAY DELIVERY at no extra charge for me. Maybe it was because I was only a "State" away from their location. But I placed the phone order at 4pm EST...and  the unit was DELIVERED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.  The FedEx man REQUIRED AN IN PERSON SIGNATURE. No drop off on your porch OR door,....leaving it exposed for someone to come along and walk off with.  Their Signature Required policy is to not only protect them, but to protect ME and my purchase.
These people made you feel like they really APPRECIATED YOUR BUSINESS, and go out of their way to treat you like a valued customer. 
By the way... their prices are for NEW, FACTORY SEALED PRODUCTS unless otherwise specified. No Refurbished or open floor or returned stock. No "missing" parts either!!!
 Simply put........PC NATION IS THE BEST for Prices, Shipping and CUSTOMER SERVICE.  THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH.
