They have good prices and fast delivery. However, their return policy can be time consuming. Also, their return policy says they can charge you a reprocessing fee and return shipping on returns. It does not mention any exceptions not even if it is defective. In other words, you could be penalized whether the fault is yours or not. It turns out that they can make exceptions to this policy but there is no mention of exceptions which means they have the legal right not to make exceptions. In my case, they did give a full refund, and they called to discuss my problem. I spoke to Jay. He says that they are considering changing their return policy. So, some of what I say could have changed by the time you read this. I believe that they do want to keep all of their customers happy.
The awkwardness in their return process comes from two sources. First, you cannot speak with the return department on the phone prior to your initial submission. So, be prepared to write a lot to detail your testing procedure and explain why you are returning the item. Second, you must contact the manufacturer. In my case that meant that I had to accept a replacement from them, and give the manufacturer my credit card number in case I did not return their item. The second item had the same defect. So, I had to send it back to the manufacturer. This means that I had to go through two different returns for the one purchase.
