AVOID THIS RIPOFF SCAMMER!!! I bought a Brother MFC. PCNation shipped a defective product, which was missing a part inside. After many hours on the phone with PCNation and Brother, the store agreed to take it back. I received return instructions: I had to pay a restocking fee of $60, plus $40 for shipping according to their byzantine instructions -- in other words, I paid $100 to return a defective $300 printer. I e-mailed and called them 4 times. No one responded to my inquiry. In addition, the customer service rep was supposed to research and recommend a replacement but never did. I did what they told me to do. The customer service rep confessed he hadn't done anything he was supposed to do, the product was defective but I still wasn't getting my money back. To preserve my $100, I agreed to get a replacement from them, a different model. The rep promised me it would be shipped the following morning and I would have it no later than 48 hours. They didn't even ship it until three days later. They send me a tracking number that can only be accessed through an account with a password, which I've never had. When I tried to get them to send me a password, they couldn't do it. The printer arrived a week late, I am still waiting for a refund of my $100 and they tell me there's nothing they can do. AVOID THIS RIPOFF SCAMMER!!! I have filed complaints with the New York State consumer fraud division and will do the same in the state of Illinois.
