Horrible level of professionalism.

will never do biz with again.

forget saving $10-$20 with them its just not worth it.

i ordered an item (symbol OS upgrade for a PDA scanner), after 2,3 weeks and 10 calls they told me they will research and call me back. they told me they sent the item to their address rom the vendor and cant find it, 2 weeks later after 10 more calls, they told me the item was the wrong item and they will need to cancel the order.

i wasted almost 2 months on this project, dont let their friendly customer service fool you, they are INCOMPETENT.
