I recently bought an HP Ipaq 6940 from PC Universe and once I received the phone I noticed that it didn't have a camera. I called customer service and spoke with Stacey. I told her that I purchased the wrong phone and I would like to return the phone and purchase a Ipaq 6945. I told her that their website said they were out of stock on the 6945 and asked when they would be receiving a new shipment. She briefly put me on hold and called the warehouse to check the status and to my surprise they just got a shipment of the 6945 in that day! I explained to Stacey that I've been wanting this phone ever since it came out and that I had to have the 6945 in hand tomorrow afternoon (gadget lover). She processed my order for the 6945 with next day shipping, RMA number to return the 6940 and she went the extra mile by calling the warehouse to make sure they would ship my phone that day since they were closing soon. The following day Fedex was ringing my doorbell at 10:00am with my brand new HP Ipaq 6945. I couldn't ask for better customer service! I am now a loyal customer and I will always bring my computer needs to PC Universe.
