Purchase went smoothly initially. I had to return the coat because it was too small and it was frustrating to return and reorder. It would have been much more helpful if there was an exchange policy in place.

it is very simple and pretty easy. the reviews that are posted about the products were of great help to me and I really appreciated it. the shipping cost is unbelievably cheap which was my main attrction tothe website.

This was the first time shopping at this website and as a such I was not sure as to the quality of the products given the low price point on the items purchased. In regards to the items purchased, I was not happy with the quality and have concluded that you get what you pay for, even at Overstock.com

My first order came in and 3 of the 5 dresses worked for me. I have to return 2 so we will see how the return process goes. I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter. They are taking a little longer to come in. They should arrive today. If the return process goes well, I will definitely shop with overstock again.

The order was processed smoothly and I received a online invoice and as soon as the product was shipped which was very expeditely the method of shipment and a tracking number was provided by email and I received the item sooner than expected.

Overstock.com will be out of business within two years. They are the biggest waste of money and time. Everything they sell is falsely advertised and they charge you double to return the items after you realize they are garbage. Spread the word.

Needed a matress quickly,went to e-bay and found Overstock,found what I thought would work and ordered it.Delivery time was a little slow(since I needed it "now")but was quite satisfied with my purchase.

While the speaker system is great, I was very disappointed in Overstock for the following reasons:
1. Speakers were shipped in the original box with NO protective outer box.

2. Volume control and one of speakers are SCUFFED UP badly.
3. No owners manual was included.
4. OEM packing was missing, just used bubble wrap that clearly did not come with speakers.
5. My packing slip did not mention the 2 yr Replacement Plan I paid for.
Does 'REFURB' mean that Overstock buys used goods regardless of condition and then resales them stating said goods are 'refurbished?
In short I will never buy Refurbished products from Overstock again and most likely anything else. I guess the old saying: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" clearly applies.

I sent an email to Overtstock- two days later, I get an automated reply stating my complaint would be forwarded to management- two days after that I still have yet to hear from them.  yadda yadda yadda

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
