I ordered a queen-size memory foam mattress for $400.00, as well as a refurbished Olympus camera forabout $180.00, as well as a few other items. When the Camera came, it did not work. I called CS, and was told that the warranty was through Olympus. I called Olympus, who said I should try through the company I purchased it through. I explained that they referred me to Olympus, and they suggested I update the software on the camera, which I did, but it did not make the camera operable. I called Overstock CS again, and was told that I had to work it out with Olympus. I got bounced back and forth, and, in the meantime, had to buy another camera from another supplier, as we were leaving on vacation. They bounced me back and forth until the 90 day "warranty" was expired, so now I am out $180.00 for a camera that never once took a picture. In the meantime, when I got my confirmation call, they mentioned a camera, and I said "Yes, I ordered a camera, some other things, and a queen size mattress." The girl confirmed this. When the mattress arrived, it was a full size, not a queen. Since the packaging had no info on the size, we had to open it to find this out, but, according to CS, this makes the item un-returnable. I reminded them that the wrong size was shipped, to which they said that I had ordered the full size, so it was my fault. Since i got no-where with CS, I sold the mattress, for a $100.00 loss, so, now, I am out $280.00, a camera, and a mattress. I will never look at Over(charge)stock.com again, and tell all of my friends and family about this scam company.
