As of today I would never order from overstock.com again... and here is why.. I ordered a GREYS ANATOMY calendar from them and it was shipped on 12/9.  It was received today 12/15 and it is the SMALL size wall calendar NOT the full size one. I went on to chat with them and they tell me IT IS the SMALL ONE but there is no web site description so no one would know.  they told me I can return it for the full size one but I cant get it in time for XMAS.  I told them that is not acceptable since they made the mistake. The person on the chatr appogized and went away foir 3-4 minute but came back telling me there is nothing they can do for their mistake except let me return it for FREE and then I can order a new one which wont even get get here in time.  I even asked for expedited FREE shipping since it was their fault. 

They came back telling just to return the one I have an order a new one.  and thats all they can do.  Again, they told me it was their fault due to no product description.

Finally I did get them to tell me they will refund the purchase price to me since they cant even tell me which one I should order to get the normal sized one.  I am ordering the calendar from amazon right now. We'll see if I actually get a refund from overstock.
