I ordered a Sanus VM400B articulating tv wall mount from overstock.com on 12/9/08. I was somewhat hesitant about ordering from them because of reading all the negative reviews that are posted online. So I decided to call them (wanting to get a feel for their sales and customer service) and the salesman allayed my fears by explaining their order processing system and also went into a detailed description of their return policy, which is much better than most online stores that I've encountered. So I placed the order by phone and was told that the item would ship within 1-3 business days and that I would receive an email confirming that the order was placed. Late that night I checked my email and there was no confirmation. The next morning I check again and still nothing. By this time I'm starting to think that something is not right. So I decided to call their customer service and end up speaking with Stacey. Initially she couldn't find my account, after a few minutes she gets it and states that the sales person I placed the order with put in the wrong spelling of my email address as well as the wrong spelling of my last name, that's why she had a hard time finding my account and why I didn't get any order confirmation. She straightened out the mistakes that the original sales person made and said that those mistakes wouldn't delay the order in any way and that it looked like my order was shipping that day (12/10). Needless to say, I was skeptical. Well it's 12/11 and I can't believe but, here I am writing this review to say that I just received the TV mount exactly as ordered! I got this in just a little over 48 hours after ordering! Perfect! Mistakes are one thing, it's how the company responds, to correcting there errors, that counts! I will be buying from them again!
