Not happy at all. My item should have been rec'd on 5/26/06, but for whatever reason, UPS did not drop it off at the ship to address I gave you. They claim driver could not find my address, and decided to look up whatever address I previously had items shipped to (well over a year ago), and sent the package to the apartment complex where I used to live!

This is the first time I've had a problem with Overstock, they sent the wrong windchime and it was very poor quality, if it was the right one!!! They were super nice about doing the right thing to make it right!!! I've yet to hear what they are going to do, but I feel confident that they will treat me fairly.

A lot of problems with shipping - order was lost or not shipped properly and did not arrive in time. Trace was placed on merchandise, then a couple days later it arrived. I was not pleased with the two day shipping I paid more for, even though the extra shipping was reimbursed back, I was not happy with the overall shipping experience.

It was o.k. You've made it harder to access the tv on dvd's It used to be right on the first page in the music, dvd section, and now you have to click on several items before it leads you to that section.

I received a damaged product and due to the amount of time it will take to send the damaged sheets back and receive new ones, I will not be shopping at overstock.com again. I feel that the money I saved by shopping at overstock.com isn't worth the hassel of waiting for the sheets to arrive, finding them damaged, going through the return process, and now having to wait for new sheets, which I hope are not damaged this time. I would have preferred to go to a store and pay full price for the sheets knowing that I would receive them in good condition and that returning them would have been a lot easier.
