Do not trust their will match lowest price found elsewhere.  I purchased a ring that they said was a clearance with only 5 left.  I then spent a few minutes searching and quickly found the same ring at Sears for $50 less.  I contacted live chat and was told they would pass my information on to someone else. After 20 mins. or more of live chat obviously working with other people while I sat there I went over to cancel the order.  I was too late.  You can't cancel an order even if you ordered it less than 60 mins. previously.  But it takes them 10 days to unsubscribe you.  What an outfit.  What's overstock about an item available elsewhere for much less.
A day later they said they had credited me for an onsite credit.  So I have to buy something else from this outfit to get my money.  That won'te be happening that's for sure.

Thought I would be getting a working appliance when I ordered the product. 
The appliance did not work on arrival - and on returning the item they refused to refund the original shipping and refused the return shipping.

I'm out $12 just for simply ordering at Overstock.com.

Purchase went smoothly initially. I had to return the coat because it was too small and it was frustrating to return and reorder. It would have been much more helpful if there was an exchange policy in place.

My first order came in and 3 of the 5 dresses worked for me. I have to return 2 so we will see how the return process goes. I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter. They are taking a little longer to come in. They should arrive today. If the return process goes well, I will definitely shop with overstock again.

The order was processed smoothly and I received a online invoice and as soon as the product was shipped which was very expeditely the method of shipment and a tracking number was provided by email and I received the item sooner than expected.

Overstock.com will be out of business within two years. They are the biggest waste of money and time. Everything they sell is falsely advertised and they charge you double to return the items after you realize they are garbage. Spread the word.
