Status on order # 83335144
Wow, how many people should you have to talk to get an answer on where your order is!?!?

1. Day 15: Called overstock. Given tracking number and UPS phone number
2. Called UPS - told package was delivered on Jan. 4
3. Called overstock back to do a trace on package
4. Transfered to international sales informed package was shipped to NewJersey plant. Given new tracking number that doesn not work

4 people and still no idea where, when or how the merchandise will arrive.

I live in a major city in Canada, not rural Kazahstan. Going on 15 days and still no package or tracking number. I have ordered many times from US and always received a tracking number immediately and received merchandise within 2 weeks, often within 2-3 days.

The bottom line:
The delay is unnecessary and unacceptable. I will not order from Overstock.com again. If you are an international shopper and you are looking for footwear, I suggest http://www.planetshoes.com. They get it.

I bought the London Times shutter type dress in silver for my bridesmaid to wear in my small and casual wedding ceremony. We didn't have a problem with the sizing at all. The dress is pretty good quality considering that it cost only $38. My bridesmaid likes this dress better than the one that I previously purchased at a different site.

The only thing I wasn't expecting, was that the mattress pad arrived just rolled up in a giant plastic bag and placed in a box. There was no manufacturer's packaging or information, like there would be if I had purchased it in a store.

Terrible experience with returns.  Sent a pair of shoes back, totally unworn, only one even taken out of the box, color was awful... was given a partial refund because they said they were "worn".  Lots of wasted time and arguing later, got a full refund.   Will never buy from them again.

Also had nearly half the price of a dress I never even took out of the shipping bag withheld because they claim they found a hair on it. I found many other instances of this excuse from other dissatisfied customers who also had partial refunds.  Could not get this resolved.

This is a terrible company.  Buyer beware.

It's terrible, their ordering system apparently has trouble dealing with special characters in the address field. My shipping address has a "1/2" in it, and when I filled that out on the shipping slip, the system placed an order to the address I   Read full review...

When finalizing the order, there is no detailed description of the item to make certain it is what I want (e.g. color of backpack was not indicated. That was very disconcerting. Also, did not know I had to click on order to see what colors were actually available. Picture did not match what was available. I have never shopped at Overstock and found it a little difficult.

Tried on a coat once, then immediately re bagged and returned it as it was too small. Overstock.com charged us $30 for hair on a Wool coat! If it had hair that wasn't part of the coat, it just as likely came with the coat. When was the last time you were hit with a $30 charge for trying on clothing in a department store??? Buyer beware!

I don't think Overstock publishes their negative reviews. I've bought a handful of items from Overstock.com and have been happy with all but two. I left reviews on all items and the two negatives ones I left were never published. I followed their "guidelines". I even tried 3 more times over the next months. I think they hold back their negative ones in order to sell the item more easily.
PLUS - I ordered a sweater from there that was freakish small for a large. I don't feel it was my fault, and didn't get refunded for my return shipping ($5.00). Bascially, this is a hard company to deal with, so only buy if you are super sure and get a fantasic deal. They sure promote that $1, or $3 shipping, but when it comes time to return an item, your stuck with that bill.

The price was excellent and a free item came with this storage box. The shipping fee was exceptional and it arrived faster than any thing I have ever ordered. I will check here first the next time I plan to purchase an item on-line.

I have loved O for years, but I am very disappointed in their new return policy. If you receive an item and choose to return it, and you have opened the box, they now charge you $6.00 to "repackage" it, even if you return it in exactly the same packaging and same packing configuration as received.

My $59 dollar item cost $10 to return and $6 for repackaging... a total of $16.  I only received $43 back, and the item was never used.... and it was returned the day following receipt because the description was not clear and it did not have the features we expected.

If O continues this policy, we will never shop there again...

My only problem was finding a VCR recorder, I had to get a VCR with DVD recorder, with a digital tuner, I really did not need a DVD aspect of the unit. But everything arrived in working order and in a timely manner.

Overstock is great to do business with.  Their pricing is terrific, the selection is as good as it gets and they stand by their return policies.

The case for the GPS which was purchased at the same time was for a 4.3in GPS but does not fit the InVion. I will have to exchange or return the case.

I generally don't like Overstock.com. The products I have bought from them in the past, including these two, are disappointing. The kettle is small for the price and the processor needs accessories not included to do the jobs I want to do. I hadn't bought anything from them in a while and it will be a long time before I try them again.
