Just want to add my complaint about this place to the pile. I ordered from this company before and my order arrived in a good amount of time. The last time I placed an order was very different. It was February and I still haven't gotten most of my order. One part was sent after I complained twice.
I complained several times only to be told my items were on backorder. The last message I got from them said they'd give me a 5% coupon for my next order. Do they think I'm a complete moron? There's no way I'd order from them again. |

I put my order in first week of march. Still have/nt recieved no order and now it is may 16.2009 Evertime i call i get answering machine or talk to a lady that puts me on hold it feels like forever and never get get a reply its like we just get just disconnected I feel they are not being honest at all. They need to stop advertising their products. customer service sucks.

OUTLET NUTRITION may have been a legitimate business that operated ethically at one time, BUT they are having severe difficulties that result in extremely poor Service, NON-Delivery of ITEMS and virtually no Communication with their customers.

They ran our credit card the same day as the order was placed and we received an order confirmation. Weeks later we never received the products ordered. We repeatedly tried to phone them, only to receive a recorded message. We repeatedly emailed them never to receive a response. All we ever wanted was for them to ship what we rightfully paid for. They took our payment and provided no products in return.
The worst part of it was their evading any contact with us to advise as to what the problem was. If you want to pay for a product and never receive it this is the company to deal with. Something is definitely wrong and we hold Yahoo Stores responsible for allowing trash like this to damage Yahoo's good reputation. |

Never sent product after 1.5 months but charged my credit card. Don't waste time calling since they transfer you to no one but silence. People are rude when you call customer service.

DO NOT CONTACT THEM! I placed an order in January and this is end of April. This is the same comment I get from them each time I email their customer service:"Hi,We apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order. Your order still remains on back order from our manufacturer. We are expecting our shipment from our manufacturer on approximately the 6th of May. We will ship your order to you immediately upon arrival and provide you with a tracking number by email.As an added gift we are including a discount coupon for your next purchase"
When you call, you get an answering machine that says they have heavy call volume! |

Never received my order, never received a response to my emails, never managed to reach a human being on their toll-free line. I'm now disputing the charge (since they took my money a month ago!) on PayPal. I have no idea if I'll ever get my money back.

I orded on line on Jan. 24, 2009. They took my money from my bank card on the 26th of Jan. without shipping. On the 4th of Feb. I emailed since they were not answering the phone, to question the whereabouts of my order. They claim backorder, which was not indicated at time of order. I canceled the order on Feb. 13th. and requested a refund, which they claimed would take 5-10 business days. Today is March 8. No refund. I filed a claim with my bank, who immediately refunded my money ($89 +/-). My husband called the Georgia Attorney General. We are providing details of the fiasco.

I ordered from Outlet Nutrition on Feb. 17. A week later after checking on my account history I saw that the product had not even shipped. I called customer service but got a recording instead. That was when I knew something was not right. Luckily I paid through paypal and instigated a dispute. When there was no response to my email I started the claim process with paypal. Today paypal refunded my account. Shop somewhere else.

Ordered vitamins on 2-3-2009. Called on 2-12 and was told it was on backorder due in the week of 2-16. No correspondence or anything. I wrote an email on 2-24 and no response. Called today (3-2) and it says mailbox is full and to email the company and they will provide a response within 48 hours. I am still waiting on my reponse from 7 days ago.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THOUGH THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES IT SEEMS THEY CAN'T FILL THEIR ORDERS OR PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Through no communications from the company, I am forced to file a disput with my bank. This is a suggestion to others. |

They went downhill real fast for some reason.
I ordered twice before from them and they had super fast shipping and packaging was superb. Third time.... uh, hello, are they there???? I placed an order for over $260 and they FINALLY write me back and say that their supplier doesn't have the items YET. Hmmm.... can you say C~R~E~D~I~T H~O~L~D??? I know from personal experience as a buyer for a popular computer catalog order company that when things don't ship, the company is usually on credit hold and following the credit hold are those not so sweet initials "B.K.". I think they are on credit hold as MOST of the items I ordered are from NOW Nutrition. Since they can't even do a PARTIAL shipment I suspect it's credit hold so they don't have product to send and if they don't have product to send but have overhead, they will then go B.K. and if you paid by anything other than a credit card... well, um... YOU are a creditor and will never see your money again. I'm very VERY unhappy with their current service. Very much so. |

Bad experience! Ordered on line, heard nothing from them for 10 days, no email confirmation, nothing. I called and spoke with someone who was not completely coherent, I did receive an email confirming after that and telling me there was a back order of the products. After a month, I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. I received a reply that I must call them with my cc info to cancel the order. Called and got a message that due to 'heavy volume' to contact them via email. I am working with my credit card company to resolve this.

I never thought to read reviews of this company as I have ordered in the past and received my order quickly.
Not this time. I made the mistake of not using PayPal. I used my Visa card instead. As with others who have written reviews, they have charged my card, claim the product is backordered, do not answer their phone except to tell you to email them, have not replied to my email requesting them to cancel and refund my money. Obviously, I won't order from them again. Have already ordered and received my product from Vitacost. A little cheaper too. Seems to me they are on the verge of going out of business and we are just out of the money they took from us. |

They bill your credit card immediately even if they do not have your product in stock. 3 days later, only if you send an email to ask why they have not shipped, they respond that product is backordered. GOOD LUCK TO TRY AND CANCEL ORDER AND REQUEST A REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. They have had my order since December 27th, have cashed in my money and I can't get anyone to call me back, have left 2 messages with a human and one on their answering machine! have sent 2 emails and nothing. What is their problem? BUYER BEWARE! If you need to place an order you can quickly get a rep quickly. If you do not get your order and do not get an update then you will not be able to talk to anyone! I will never attempt to buy from them again! They boast about their quick shipping on their web site but that is a total joke!

I ordered items on the 11th., waited the whole week and since I did not receive any confirmation of the items having shipped out, I emailed them because I had to travel and the items where a gift that I had to take with me. They said they could not deliver by the time I needed! After a whole week! So I had not chance to either order somewhere else, they had my money and said they would refund. It has been 5 days, I have not received the money back. I emailed them, I called them and it is just an answering machine. So I put a claim with Paypal.
I don't know how long they usually take to ship, but after waiting the whole week, to be told they could not deliver and would refund the money! I was so upset with how I wasted my time. The worst, they had the money and I could not buy not even in some store, plus I could not find the itmes anywhere in store, just online and that is why I had to order. By then I could not do anything. Still waiting for my money.... |

This Company is the WORST company to do business with. I placed an order with them on Nov. 5, 2008. It is now January 16, 2009. Not only have I not received my products, I have been lied to, mislead as to when I would receive my products and now they WILL NOT even respond to me e mail. I will now be forced to get an attorney involved.

I ordered from Outlet Nutrition on 12/5. They charged my account on the 8th. On 12/11, they sent me an email stating that the item was backordered. By the 18th I wanted to cancel the order, so I emailed 3 times. I then realized I needed to call them (I've never had a problem resolving problems with merchants via email). I called on 12/26 and was told they would "forward my request to customer service"...huh? I thought I was calling customer service. Finally today 12/30, I called and was told they would cancel the order and it would be 5-10 days before I would see the credit to my account. The representative I spoke with actually had the nerve to tell me she had "been swamped all day" and that if she didn't take care of it right away she would forget...???WHAT??? I work in customer service, and that was certainly unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Buyer beware!

I ordered 76.42 order on Dec. 16 2008. It is now Dec 29th and no order. I have written customer service several times and called twice. I finally got a hold of someone on their 770 number, not the 800 number. The first late order I received was because the had moved, delaying things. This time it was because the machine rejected my order due to some malfunction in their computer. I however, received a confirmation norice that same day. The girl Aaron said today that she would have to put the order in manually. The money was paid from my credit card 12-16 however. What is up with the company. I believe this will be the last time I order from them even if their prices are very good. The service is lousy.

I have called in several times and a "ticket" was issued to handle this order, but still no product. Their excuse was they "relocated" the store to Georgia on Nov. 1, 2008, because of "logistics" and all orders are 3 days behind. Can anyone do the math. Today's date is Nov. 18, 2008 - WAY BEHIND DON'T YOU THINK In a nutshell, what has this got to do with me! Buyer beware!! Still not received my order despite having ordered it on 6.10.06. The supplier seems unable to help despite the fact that Customs, Royal Mail and Parcel Force UK say the item has not arrived in the UK. I have however paid the money and have nothing to show for it.
Not a happy person and at the moment, not likely to recommend your company as a supplier to the UK - Unless you can do something about my order. UK services cannot because it has not arrived here.
