WARNING:  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I ordered $53 worth of gum on Mar 4.  They sent me half my order.  They charged my credit card for the whole amount and it's May 7th and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order.  You can't get through on their phone lines at all.  The customer service "mailbox" is always full.  You can't leave a message or talk to anyone.  They answer their phone with "You may be experiencing a delay".  They've been saying that for months.  Luckily, I paid with paypal so I think I can file a claim against them and hopefully get my money back.  Don't get involved with these people.  A much better, cheaper and reliable place is iherb.com.  I've had loads of orders with iherb.com and they are fast and I get extra discounts on top of the already low prices.

I've emailed Outlet Nutrition to tell them that I now want my money back.  I haven't heard from them yet but I only emailed them this morning.  I told them that I would report them to paypal.   I'm really beginning to think that they have a real racquet going.  I'm going to wait 2 days, and if I don't hear anything, I'm going to contact paypal.
