TODAY IS FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2009.  I placed an order with OUTLET NUTRITION.COM on Dec. 20, 2008.  My credit card was charged on 12-22-08.  When the order didn't arrive, I contacted them on 01-09-09.  I spoke to a representative named Sherry.  She said the items were delayed because they were waiting on a shipment from the vendor.   She said it would probably take another week but she couldn't be sure. 

I called again on 01-30-09 because I still didn't get my order.   I spoke to the same rep, Sherry.  She said they had some problems with the first vendor and had to find another supplier but I should "probably" receive my order within another week.  I didn't want to wait so I asked her to cancel the order and issue a refund.  She tried to talk me out of it saying that the prices were really good and I should just wait so I wouldn't miss out on the bargain.  I insisted that they cancel my order.  She took my information and said I should receive a credit in 5-10 days.  It has been over a month and I have not received a credit.  I've called several times since then and they do not answer the phone anymore. 

This is the first time I ordered from them and it will be the last time.  I tried to order the pomegranate and carrot soap and shower gel with Shea Butter made by Nubian Heritage.  It is hard to find locally. 

DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTLETNUTRITION.COM!!! Their prices are low but they make up for it with shipping.  Plus, you probably won't get the order anyway!!
