I just received my ring and it is more beautiful than I imagined.  The quality and workmanship is superior.  I have alot of jewelry and I can honestly say this is more than worth the money.  

Orleans Diamonds is a real pleasure to work with - they were extremely helpful and courteous and the personal service was so nice .  My ring was actually delivered earlier than quoted and when it was set to be shipped UPS I was sent an email and I was able to track the delivery and see exactly when I was going to receive it.

I would defintely recommend and actually encourage people to order from Orleans Diamonds.  You won't be disappointed.  I can't wait to place my next order.

These folks have an amazing product and world class service! I was ordering a ring to propose in Charleston and , despite the fact that a hurricane delayed shipping, Orleans was able to expedite and get my ring to me the day before! When  I requested a size modification they were professional and accommodating. The solitaire set in white gold is gorgeous and my fiancé says it is perfect!! I am extremely happy with the ring and the service and personal attention I received Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds!

Ordered a stock mounting on 1/17/2012 and they were paid by PayPal.  On 2/11/2012 they told me that they could not get the mounting due to the bad economy and I would have to wait 2 more weeks for the mounting to get to them before they could ship it.  Had i trusted their word, I would be out of a ring AND it would have been too late to file a dispute with PayPal, as a dispute must be filed within 45 days after payment is received.  I am grateful I trusted my intuition and NOT the DeGrado's.  Even if it costs more...shop elsewhere!

Tihey need to stay on top of orders and inform customers of delays so they do not have to continue to call to see what is taking so long. My wrap was supposed o be ready wwithin2-3 weeks. And it is now going on week #4.

I waited a few weeks for my ring to be made after it was ordered. Zabrina was very helpful. When my ring arrived, the first thing I noticed was the wrong stone in the center. I was a little annoyed since it took a few weeks to be made. I couldn't understand why they didn't get it right. I called as soon as I got in the house and Spoke with Zabrina again. She checked the site for what the correct stone was supposed to be and saw it was a radiant stone not the step cut that they put in. She said she would send a return label to print but I asked if I could just have a replacement stone sent and I owuld send back the incorrect stone. She said ok but to keep the other stone for my trouble. She was so sweet. The correct stone arrived 3 days later by regular mail. UPS took 1 week to get it to me. Regular mail is much faster. Thanks for your help. Please add more silver rings to your inventory. Mimi

It was a very pleasant experience. I had a problem with the payment part of the purchase but that was due to a problem with paypal. I contact Orleans Jewels told them about it and was able to complete the purchase with their suggestion recieved my ring in just a few days and it was well worth the money. Had trouble in the past trying to order direct with a credit card your system said that my address didn't match but it was correct. If you had not added Paypal to your payment choices the transaction would not have happened. Jeff

Based on some actual diamonds I placed my first order for the incorrect item. No problem, liked them anyway. Then I order more smaller CZs, not happy with the size but when visually comparing them with my real studs on your web site they looked very much the same size. I was wrong. I corresponded by e-mail with one of your assoiciates several times and finally received the size I really wanted for personal use. Not your fault. Your associate was very patient with me and I really appreciate that and will be ordering again soon. Thanks, Mike

placed two orders and had no trouble with either. I did call on both orders to verify shipment as I could not track an order on their web site. The person who answered quickly verified shipment and provided UPS tracking information. I would prefer being able to find the tracking information on their web page with a link to the carrier's web page. A minor irritation. Overall, I am very pleased with the company, its products and its service. I will buy again.

My family was looking for an eternity ring for my 87 year old mother. She lost her original one some 50 years ago. After looking alkl over the place for one that goes all the way around my sister and I stumblwed on your website. The picture of the ring looked beautiful and the price was right. We were a little afraid that since she needed such a lasrge size that it would be stretched from the original size but were assured that it would be made to fit. We ordered it a bit late in the game and did not think it would get to uys by Christmas but it was shipped and even with the crazy weather it made it to us in time. She was THRILLED and we all had a little tear in our eyes (the little kids were wondering why the tears but we explained they were "happy tears"! UPS screwed up the order at first and it got stolen from the front of my apartment...I was pissed about UPS for not even bothering ringing the bell or notifying me some other way. So I almost didn't get it in time for Christmas. But the costomer service at Orleans was great and they did what they could do make sure I did get it for Christmas Eve. Thank you so much...it meant alot to me. it was perfect.
