BEWARE OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND RETURNING ITEMS!!

I returned 3 items because of extremely poor quality. I ordered a duffle bag for my flower girl and ring bearer. Both bags came with the names not centered or level on the side of the bags. The ring bearer's name was nearly straight, but off to one side. The flower girl's name was on a 45 degree angle in the middle of the bag. I also ordered the flower girl piggy bank. There was dust, dirt and even a gnat stuck dried in the paint. There were nicks in the paint and ceramic. It was terrible!

I called to return the items - and the woman stated that I should ship via FedEx Ground and I would be reimbursed for the items and shipping. They only reimbursed me for a little less than half of my shipping costs. They considered the amount that FedEx charged me to be excessive (although it was a little bit less than Oriental Trading charged me to ship the items). They told me they referred to their chart from FedEx and reimbursed me for a one pound shipment, when the box clearly stated it was 1.90 pounds. The woman said I could send in my receipts from FedEx and the amount in question would be taken under consideration for refund, but probably not refunded. The woman on the phone got rude with me several times and never apologized once for the inconvenience. She kept telling me my shipping cost was excessive... Like I had any control over that? I paid what FedEx told me to, thinking I would be getting it all back!
