I was shopping for a Leaf River IR-7ss trail camera, Found Optics planet to be the best overall price by far. Customer service was excellent and came obscenely close (within a few bucks) of an  sketchy unauthorized dealer I found randomly on the net and you cant beat no tax!!!  My camera showed up in the mail a few days later, I might find what im looking for at other stores.. but I always buy from Optics planet.

It is easy to find good prices at Optics Planet.  The Leapers red/green dot works great on my rifle.  My order was filled promptly and delivered in just 2 days.  This was my second order this year witn Optics Planet and both times they had the best prices and fastest delivery. I will definitely order from here again.  The descriptions of the products are clear and correct.  Also - thanks for the free shipping.

I ordered two items from Optics Planet and they both arrived quickly.  One item performed perfectly, but the second item had a factory defect in its operation.  I had a brief conversation with a gentleman in customer service and the situation was cleared up right away.  They paid for the return shipping for the defective one and sent out another that arrived in short order.  It performs perfectly.  I am most pleased with both purchases.

The speed with which this unfortunate situation was positively handled, actually speaks more loudly of the integrity of the company and their employees.   It is this type of service that makes a long-term customer.

I placed an order for 1 light/laser combo units from Optics Planet. I was pleased with how easy it was to navigate their website. It Sucked, I paid for "rush" order and it has been two weeks and two days and I still haven't gotten my order I will certanly never do business here again and certanly never recommend anyone here. $35 dollars for 3-5 business days... yeah right I am very very disapointed and hate companies that have such bad service.

I am very pleased with Optics Planet, they have a huge selection of optical products. I ordered a pair of Serengeti Sunglasses from them, the prices were very good compared to other stores that I had searched. Ordering was very straight forward, The Item was ordered on a sunday, it shipped on monday and by thursday I had the item. I would highly recommend shopping with Optics Planet!!

The Nikon 10 X 50 Action Extreme binoculars are great. Optics  Planets on-line experience is probably the best I have experienced. The customer service is fast and accurate, especially with Steven. It would be very hard to beat there prices. The product was delivered faster than I expected. I would definitely shop with Optics Planet again. I would rate them AAA+ all the way. Customer service and satisfaction is their is their gaol and they stand by that.
