With reference to Our Previous order # 838400 and present order # 1041352, we are not at all satisfied with the way the transaction happed. We received short supply of the accessories in our order 838400.
Your sales rep confirmed us for supply of equipment along with all the accessories asked by us in our detailed enquiry and we taken many confirmations by E mail for complete supply with the accessories asked by us, every time we received reply from your sales rep is YES, but we received equipment without accessories asked by us and the reply from your sales rep for short supply is that the mistake is of manufacturer. We paid full payment by wire transfer for the equipment along with all the accessories.
After our complaint of short supply, your rep taken its own time for clarification and she confirmed that she is arranging short supply material at 100% discount as the mistake is at your end. One fine day she again told that the 100% Discount means she is going to give the accessories at manufacturer price, we surprised for the same.
The mistake is done by you and you are confirmed one price for supply of the equipment along with all the accessories asked by us.  The order #838400 is delayed for execution and till now the same was non operational due to want of accessories.
Now, we paid extra cost and placed order # 1041352 for software and same taking its own time for reaching us.
We would like to claim the compensation from you the loss of faith, commitment, damage and money.
