I’m truly baffled by negative reviews of this store. I’ve been shopping at Optics Planet for the last 3 years and I have never once had a poor experience. OP truly appreciates their customers, and freely reward repeat customers with great discounts and deals. I receive a 5% discount coupon on my next purchase with every shipment. The product experts really are that—product EXPERTS! I’ve purchased enough optics from them to know, and they really know their stuff and make great recommendations based on what will actually work for you and your budget, not what will put more money in their pocket. They are consistently friendly and accommodating, take the time to answer your questions without ever getting peeved or impatient, and offer FREE shipping! What more could you want? Rare is the day I see another online company offering a better price than OP, and even when that happens, once you add on the shipping costs that all the other companies charge it balances out or ends up being more expensive than at OP. Also, I’m convinced that Optics Planet has the best selection of products. The first time I ordered from them I was concerned that since they offered so many different products that their customer service reps would not really know that much about them, but I was happily surprised to find them all very well informed and friendly! I can’t really imagine an optics product I would want that I wouldn’t be able to get at OP. Great prices, great service, fast and free shipping, and rewards for return customers. What’s not to like?
