OpticsPlanet has a great, well-designed, very comprehensive website that is easy to navigate, and they’re selection of brands and products is tremendous so you’ll almost always find exactly what you’re looking for. I’ve ordered from OpticsPlanet on three separate occasions and each time they’ve been right on the ball. Prices are unbeatable, shipping is free, customer service is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and my order always arrives quickly and in perfect condition. The ordering process online is very simple, which I appreciate since some online stores send you jumping through dozens of confusing and undesirable hoops before you actually get your order placed. OpticsPlanet also enables you to check on the status of your shipment and see exactly where it is every step of the way. Even when I’ve placed late holiday orders, they still get it right and the package arrives right on time. I often like to just browse around the site and see what’s new since they have so many things I’d like to get—my only complaint may be that they don’t have a “wishlist,” because I would certainly use it! Not having one, however, does eliminate the pain of creating an account and such things. Anyway, I’m a very satisfied customer of OpticsPlanet and I will definitely continue to shop there in the future.
