Ordered my binoculars on line, they came faster then I expected. When I called to ask a question the customer service guy was happy to answer it, and he took time to answer all my questions! I will soon be getting a pair of night vision, and I will come to OpticSale again for those needs!

They didn't have the exact pair of binoculars that I ordered but did have a LESS exspensive pair that they were able to deliver in time for my father's Birthday. The person that called was very polite and apologetic. I would definitely order from the again!
