Alex and all 2 customer service representatives only want your money
I ordered a pair of binoculars from Opticsale I needed it for a weekend event and ordered it the wednesday before the weekend. I even paid to have it shipped overnight by UPS, Opticsale gave UPS the wrong address and only after calling UPS and giving them the correct address did the product arrive the Monday after the weekend. I no longer needed the product since I had to purchase one in the local sporting goods store for the event. I then decided to send it back the customer service representative I spoke with did not want to give me a refund so she kept offering to give me store credit until I finally said yes. When I called opticsale to use the credit the product I asked for cost less than the original product I had ordered and Alex who is the owner told me I should get another product because he claimed I was ordering a product of inferior quality, but I believe he only wanted me to spend more money, when I said no he kept trying to get me to take something else I finally said all I want now is a refund since it seemed they had nothing I wanted. He then told me I would not get a refund despite the fact that they were the ones who were at fault. My advice to any potential customer is not to shop there as they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and all they really care about is money. You would be better off going into a local sporting goods store.
