I used to buying Yonex shuttlecocks, which is recommended as the best shuttlecock. However, everything is tough at such a hard time. I have to save every penny in my life. So, duration and reasonable price should be the most important factors to me. Fortunately, I found this one. The GOGO shuttlecocks performed beyong my expectations. Most shuttles that we have used will last maybe 1 game at the most but the first GOGO that we used lasted 4 games!! Perfect!!
Customer service is fine. Shipment is fairly fast after placing order. Easy to maneuver through webpage to complete order. I’m very pleased, let alone that I received a 5% off coupon code after the order was finished. I would order from them again.

Delivery speed was very slow and despite that they send me wrong item. They didn´t reimburse returning costs. Customer service stopped answering to me when I was asking, who is going to pay returning.

These guys are a bunch of Asians who will likely disappear after they annoy enough people. Anytime you call customer service you get a recording. Emails from Atafa are signed under the fictitious name "Max Wood." A number of the positive shill reviews for Atafa here at Epinions suspiciously exhibit the same fractured English as you would read when you get email from Atafa. After trying for weeks to get a refund for some stainless steel bimini hardware end caps which I returned, Atafa now says that they were so scratched and damaged that they "had to be scrapped." That's a bunch of BS -- most were still inside the original packaging when I returned them via UPS. Now Atafa has informed me that they will not issue a refund. I would think twice about giving them your credit card number.
