This is my favorite on-line toy shop! On this order (for the first time) we were sent an incorrect item. I called them and they immediately sent out the correct item, which got her in time for the big birthday party. I was extremely disappointed. I went on line to find stuffed animals not made in China, much to my surprise, both purchases were made in China. Oompa will not pay shipping to mail it back. Customer Service told me that the website for these animals said they were made in China, but it was not in an obvious place.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

I had a very good experience. I would definitely shop there again, since they have a great selection of high quality products. My only complaint, is that there were not many things in stock when I went to purchase them. That was very frustrating, and left me having to buy similar of those items, or none at all, which I would rather not have to do.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Oompa toys has a great selection of European and wooden toys. It's a great site when you're looking for something that you wouldn't normally find in a Toys R Us store; something educational, not-electronic, unique. I was very pleased with the selection of products for the age group I was shopping for. There was a lot of information and photos. Navigating the site was pretty easy. My items arrived in good condition and within a very reasonable amount of time.  I would shop here again
