it was really great. i was looking for german baby toys and they had exactly what i wanted and it was at a really good price. i needed two of the same toys and at first they did not have that. i called and they told me when they would get that and they delivered right away. unfortunately they did not pack the second item but when i called somebody actually stopped by at my house to make sure that i got it in time for the baby shower i had to go to. i think that was really awesome and they went above and beyond! thank you:-)

I love Oompa's products, and I was pleased with the timeliness of receiving my order, as well as the coupon they sent for my next purchase; however, I received the knuddelschaf instead of the knuddelbar, which I really wanted for my daughter for Christmas, but the sheep is cute, as well, so I kept it rather than sending it back. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will shop there again. :)

Was good - but I was shipping to Canada as a gift and I had problems with Customs and had to deal with UPS in order to get the shipment released.

Oompa offers the high quality, wooden toys I want to give my children. The site is pretty easy to navigate, the service has always been prompt. The only "problem" is the number of out-of-stock notes (particularly Haba brand items), but that could be sourced to a number of issues outside of Oompa's control.
