excellent quality in craftsmanship of this product. The toy is not routinely found in all toy stores so I will return to Oompa for well crafted and unique toys.Very pleased to have found Oompa on line.

I like the selection of toys. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the crinkle toy. The crinkle bit wasn't tacked down throughout the toy and all sank to the bottom. After a few days, my daughter seems to have lost interest in it.

I have shopped at Oompa Toys in the past and feel that they have good quality products. They have been very prompt with my orders. The diaper caddy I ordered last is very well made however, I feel that it is a bit smaller than what I'd like. Not their fault.

Found this product on multiple sites for the same price... I selected Oompa because of the video on the site talking to the manufacturer about their product... It was great that they had this information, it not only sold me on the product, it sold me on the website too. The item came and it was the perfect quality. I had recently returned a similar product to Restoration Hardware Kids & Baby, and had to start looking for an alternative... that's when I found Jelly Cat animais on the Oompa site. Thanks!

Oompa's site is well-organized. I like how shopper reviews are edited and always informative. I appreciate the award points. The selection of non-licensed toys is fantastic. I did, however, contact Oompa 7/4/09 to get exchange information for an defective item in a previous order. I have not yet received a response. I'm hoping this is a fluke, because I think Oompa is a great shopping site otherwise.

I like their products, their website, and their shipping policy (very reasonably priced!). I am disappointed that several of the Haba and Plan Toys items that were on my wish list at Oompa seem to have been eliminated from the Oompa selections.

The customer service was very gooed. I do recommend that the website get updated to provide additional shipping costs when purchases are made in Alaska (or any other location that requires additional shipping). At the time of the order when the mailing address gets input into the system, the correct shipping costs should be automatically calculated.

Oompa Toys imports beautiful wooden quality toys from Europe. Being fed up with the ugly, aggressive and disposable plastic American toys, this company is a blessing. It was a good experience. The only holdback that I have from rating Oompa "excellent" is the pricing. Their product prices are slightly higher than other on-line places. I shopped here this time because I could get all of the items I wanted in one place with minimal shipping.
