It is easy to shop from their website. The dog food I purchase is actually less expensive here than with other online companies. Also, it is less expensive to ship than with the other merchant.

The site is very easy to maneuver, which is important for people like me who are not very high tech. I ordered two bottles - one came right away and the second will be shipped by Oct. 20 which is more than acceptable. I will not have used much of the first bottle before the second one arrives.

Feel the treats are quite high priced for what they are--at almost 12.00 for a small jar they are not something I can afford to buy very often. That was a sale price--they are even higher priced at regular.

I experienced a minor inconvienece while shopping at Onlynaturalpet.com;the rest of my shopping experience was satisfactory. The aforementioned minor inconvenience,was that one of the products(cat toy) I ordered was out-of-stock,yet at the time of purchase I did not know that,because on the page of this particular product,it wasn't listed anywhere that it was out-of-stock.So i ended up ordering a product that I wouldn't receive until that product was replenished--If I had been informed of the out-of-stock status of the product,i could have opted for a similar product that was in-stock,and received that product without any delay.
