I received the cat medicine renal pills. I wrote you back that my cat walked away from it and wouldnt even try it. So she doesnt like it enough to taste which is why I bought it because you said it would taste good to her. I emailed you and asked how to return it for a refund and got not reply from your company. Very pleased. Ordering happened with ease and order was filled. I'll definitely order again. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping charges. I paid a lot of money for shipping (even Ground), so there really was no savings. I would like the option of free shipping if I purchase $35 or more....or if I purchase something really light that costs only $5, I would like the option of it being sent first-class mail rather than a huge and unnecessary UPS charge being tacked onto it. Thanks for the consideration!
