My cat still has her skin allergies. I have tried garlic tabs. hot spot pills and now the liquid. She is getting somewhat better but still has bumps on her hind quarters that itch, and drive her and me crazy. Their are so many products available, but, even after reading the tort, you sent me, I am still confused.

Great products, as always! Also, the website has the most comprehensive descriptions of all products. Everything I needed to know was right there. They even have an optional auto-ship plan where you decide the intervals of the shipments (and get a discount!), so you don't have to worry about running out of pet food or hassle with placing an order every month or two. Great!

This was a very pleasant shopping experience. The merchant has an abundant variety of products from which to choose and helpful advice related to the particular item. I would shop with them again and only wish the shipping and handling were a little less expensive, but feel the quality of the products were worth it, especially for pets that have health problems and the products I ordered seem to have helped somewhat even though my vet and I believe we are dealing with a possible genetic disorder. I am a liitle disappointed. I called to ask a question about a product I ordered and never got a response. It turns out the product didn't help my dogs allergies.

The gastriplex I ordered was on back order. It wasn't till I asked about the status of my order 2 weeks later that I was told it was on back order.

My first purchase of a homeopathic rememdy arrived with an empty box. Customer service said a new one would be shipped immediately. It never arrived. I truly believe this was not the fault of Only Natural Pet, but the manufacturer of the product. Customer service was good about canceling that order, getting my account credited and reordering a different product. That one arrived promptly.

Sent inquiry email due to shipping being a little slower than the first time I ordered and very little tracking information available. (wouldn't want to pay more shipping for more thorough tracking information though) Received an email response from you immediately. Received package the day after I sent email.
