I think they do a great job. I can't remember if this is the company that reuses boxes for shipping which I think is an awesome idea.

The delivery time on this order was longer than expected or than experienced from other online merchants. Probably because it was evidently provided and shipped from another merchant. I am accustomed to receiving order in no more than 5 or 6 days, this took almost two weeks from the date of the order placement. Also could not track the order.

Very quick delivery, and products are working as advertised. My only input is the the dental cleaning supplement is a very small bottle, and I almost threw it out without realizing it was in there. Possibly a smaller box, or putting the bottle in a box could assist in making sure it's not missed. This was a great shopping experience, and this is only input, not a complaint. I was smart enough to read the packing list and search for it, but some other customers might have thrown it away in error.

This is a wonderful store. It could use a little help in the descriptions of the items. It would be nice to know if an item is hypoallergenic, since that is my main concern with products for my dogs. Also on the product reviews that memeber sent in, it would be better if it just didn't give an over view like, used for medical reasons. It would be nice to know which medical reason they used it for and what they thought about it. just small things, but a great store and hope they continue to put more products on there site. One item I would like to see is zymox products, and another would be renew life pet products

I have been fighting my cat's flea problem all summer. I had tried several different sprays for our house and various flea shampoos for the cat, none of which really helped. I saw a big difference in my cat the day after I gave her a bath with the flea shampoo -- her scratching was basically non-existent, and her coat was soft again! I used the spray on the couch several times, and it has gotten rid of most of the fleas. I used the powder on the floors and where she sleeps, and the fleas were pretty much gone in a day or two. We've had a few show up in the last few days, but they're tiny ones, so I'm sure it's just from some eggs that didn't get killed. I will bathe the cat again, use the spray again, and put out some more powder, and I feel confident that the fleas will be gone for good!

I enjoyed the products and felt they are safe and healthy than most dog products on the market. The selection is varied with good descriptions and wonderful customer reviews to learn more about the product from a perspective more similar to mine. I think the layout of the website doesn't allow me to open up several windows of products because whenever I pulled up more than one product, the selection would mix up. For example: I pulled up a window on a certain brand of canned dog food and opened another window of dog beds that come in different sizes, and the canned dog food window showed selections for dog bed sizes instead of canned food flavors! Because I couldn't shop with more than one window open, it took a long time for me to find and add what I wanted to my online shopping cart.

I had a very positive experience and would use this again but this survey is very frustrating as there are not appropriate answers for all questions. For instance, questions #4,5,and 6 all need an option of 'did not use' so that you aren't forced to leave them blank or put another answer not relating to the true answer. Three out of 7 answers is almost half...poor survey. Sorry.

Although there was SIGNIFICANT delay from FedEx, the merchant shipped as promised and made every effort to see that the product(s) arrived in good condition. Merchant followup contact on issues was excellent and timely - refunded when necessary. Although I will not order RAW due to FedEx problems I will certainly shop for other items from this company that are not parishable.

i really like the products they carry. my biggest problem is the dollar amount you must spend to get free shipping. also, the break in price if you sign up for repeat shipments. so it costs alot just to try a product!

Super easy shopping... met my expectations. Not happy with the product, though. It's supposed to repel fleas and ticks. It works for fleas, but NOT for ticks AT ALL. My poor beagle keeps getting covered with them, and poor ME has to pull them all off. EWWW!

Very impressed. rec'd sooner than expected. cough meds worked as well as testimonials. however after 2 weeks the cats would not eat their food with the gastro sprinkled on so I stopped it
