They have changed their web site which is not better. They have changed their shipping procedure so that instead of my paying for shipping however many boxes it takes and however many pounds it weighs, you have to delete items from your order to be under a certain amount, then start another new order to complete your order. It is just weird. I'll pay for shipping - don't make me split the orders to meet a weight per order since it is all sent at the same time.

If you need your Online purchase sent on time or quickly, you better shop someplace else...... I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping with FedEx and it took them 8 days just to give it to FedEx and when do they arrange for FedEx to pick up???? THURSDAY, right   Read full review...

I just received my first online purchase from them and it will be my last. Their prices are high, but I don't mind paying for good holistic or natural food when it comes to my animals. Shipping is ridiculous. And SLOW. I ordered because they had what I wanted where other online pet stores did not. Here is my complaint and it is a big one: Their customer service is totally non existant! I was shorted on my order. My 1st attempt to get in touch was calling them but they never picked up the phone. 2nd attempt: I emailed explaining the discrepancy. They never responded to my email or called me (I gave them my information). 3rd attempt: I left a detailed message on their answering machine. Still no response. I recommend STEERING CLEAR of this internet store!!!

I've been shopping with ONP for several years now and have seen some changes regarding method of shipping that many merchants have changed to in order to "save money" but those methods were far from "customer friendly" and delayed the items from reaching their destination in a timely manner. I don't know why anyone would purposely ship with Fed Ex! They've been mishandling orders for years - not just that video that went viral over the holidays.

I ordered via the internet, and was supposed to receive a notification when my product was available to pick up at the store. It was ordered as a store pickup. I have yet to be notified that it is available, and it was in stock when I ordered it. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED. HAVE ORDERED BEFORE AND DONE WELL. This is a great disappointment.
