I have been ordering from them for years, and for the most part, I am satisfied with the service I have received. There was only one incident of dissatisfaction, and that was resolved. I will be ordering from them again.

Two problems: (1)...Wanted to get six unit discount by ordering three each of two items shown above. I had done this previously. Jerk (male) I talked to re: this said I could not, so ordered two each to secure some shipping cost advantage. Later talked to a nice woman in Cust.Svc. who said this fellow was wrong...(2)later found that I could purchase direct from Dogswell at about a 40% savings, so will do this in the future. Howard J. I read some bad reviews of this store but I have ordered from them twice now and have received my products fast and in good order. I called once to get more information on the vitamins I was giving my lab and I was VERY IMPRESSED with their knowledge! Whoever had a bad experience must have been one in a million...

My shopping experience was great. The customer service rep. that helped me was great. I had a problem with my order. My order did not arrive on time due to a post office glitch. I called customer service to advise and the guy on the phone sent out another order. He told me that if I do recieve the first package to refuse and send back. Funny thing, both packages arrived the same day. I sent the other back.

The hairball medicine bottle was leaking. The product was packed into the very bottle of the box with very little cushioning from the peanuts.
