At first I was a little skeptical when the order said processing,because I didn't know if the product was in stock. Your website said it would not "cash" my check until the product was sent. However, when checking the website a few days later, the message was...order sent.:)

Found shoes here I couldn't find anywhere else; however, took way too long for the shoes to arrive. At other online shoe stores, I receive shoes in a few days to a few weeks. This place takes several weeks. When I returned a pair of shoes, it took 6 weeks to process the return and send the new shoes back to me. I called and they said that 1 month was the minimum time for exchanges.

Got the first email in a reasonable period of time. The shoes were not available and were backordered. The second email stated that you no longer had these shoes so the order had to be cancelled. You offered $10 for the next purchase but that's the only pair of shoes I'm interested in.

Excellent service. Zappos usually does better on the shipping as they send next day most of the time without any extra charge. I had to pay $8-something for three-day service. Other than that, it was great. Thanks!

First time shopping, ordered a pair of shoes, received package and opened the box to find the correct shoe box but a completely different pair of shoes inside. Different brand even. Called customer service and they said it was odd as the item had shipped from the manufacturer. They told me I could return and wait for a credit and then reorder, OR buy the pair again and then be credited when they received this mis-sent pair. Terrible options. When I finally decided to reorder, they told me it was sold out.
Now I have a return of a shoe I don't want and they have my money.

UPS could not deliver my package because there was no street address on it. I waited for them to deliver 3 different times and didn't find out the address wasn't on the package, until I called myself. If I hadn't been able to track it, I wouldn't have known what was going on at all. I never received any kind of call from you or UPS. Then I made 2 trips to UPS to get it myself because I didn't want to wait any longer. I ordered the shoes 2 weeks ago today and finally got them myself today. Not very happy...

ordered 3 pair - 2 Rockports and a pair of Reeboks, all listed as in-stock. Actually, 2 were and the 3rd pair was shipped separately/direct from Rockport. I received timely email updates re the status of my order. I did think that they should have arrived a bit sooner than they did, took about 2 weeks; not an unreasonable time frame, just thought it could have been sooner.

I got exactly what I paid for, packaging was fine for the type of product shipped, and prices were very competitive. I think I'd shop here again.

The merchant provides quality products at reasonable prices with quality service. I erred and ordered the wrong sizes on 2 separate orders - with quality shoes a 1/2 inch longer makes a significant difference - my wife also had to return her's for the same reason. C S agents Chicquita and Tara could not have done more to help me arrange for the free return UPS labels and ordering the correct size replacement. Only problem is the website - its addictive - it is so well organized and easy to manuever you find yourself returning to it - the Rockport's provide good support and are very comfortable comfortable. I have a winner and I am sticking with it.
