I am happy with the two pairs of shoes I ordered but found that the heading to get $10 off the next order NEVER came through--even between one order and the next, NOR was there a coupin in either box of shoes. I felt that this was totally unfair and misleading, especially as the header said it ended the next day but was then extended. Still waiting for my coupon....for $10 off next order.

I liked the photo display of the product from different angles, and especially liked that I could print these images to show to my husband to make sure it was the kind of shoe he wanted. I liked the price I got on the boots but I don't like the fact that to return them you have to pay shipping while other sites(Zappos) have free returns. These boots are a little snug on me which I also would have found out if I used Zappos because they have reviews to read.

This was my first purchase with this merchant. All went very well and the shoes got here before Christmas, though they were not scheduled to be here until after. The only thing I don't like about this merchant is the return shipping policy. Zappos has free shipping both ways and their prices are competitive, which is why I always check their stock first. I'd shop more often with Onlineshoes.com if their shipping was free both ways.
