Website was well organized and easy to navigate. My online shopping experience would have been more convenient had pictures of the items for sale been posted on the same page as their initial descriptions. The item that I bought was on backorder. I received a prompt, courteous phone call from an OnlineSports customer service rep. who gave me specific information regarding the time frame in which I should expect my purchase to arrive. This info. was accurate and I received the item shortly thereafter. Overall, I had a highly positive experience with this company, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

My brother found this site online and I ordered the jersey he wanted. I received an email from OnlineSports saying that it could take up to 8 weeks to receive the item, since it was not in stock. However, I was happy to receive it in 2 weeks, in time for Christmas.

I tried to find the item at four other sites before using OnlineSports. All the other sites did not have it in inventory. I called the toll free number to verify it was instock (the client service rep was excellent) and ordered it online. The item came in the mail even earlier than I expected. In the future I'll go to OnlineSports first.

The item was to have been shipped within 3 business days of purchase, but I didn't receive it after 2 weeks' time, so I had to call customer service to inquire. They were very nice and helpful and I received a follow-up phone call within the promised time. That's really all I could ask. Sometimes, for whatever reason, an order won't be shipped promptly, but it's good to know that I can make a phone call and my inquiry will be addressed promptly. I'm still waiting on the product and should receive it today or this weekend.
