I had an unpleasant experience in ordering a baby jogger : the shipping cost increased from 12$ to 79$, and then to 160$, after my bank account was debited, so I had no choice to cancel my order. Now it makes 16 days that I ordered my baby jogger, and I'm still waiting.

I found what I was looking for at a very good price.I was contacted about an error but when I tried to return the call and had to leave a message I was not contacted back.I had to call again myself.The error was corrected and I received my order in a good amount of time.

My only disappointment was that the leather jacket didn't have any insulation. For the price I paid I expected there to be soome kind of padding or insulation not just the leather and thin lining material.

Order confirmed for product indicated above in a size 4. Size 5 ball sent instead. Was told by Customer Service that the size 4 was out of stock and discontinued. No offer of help to find one. Refund and return tag promised but neither have been received more than 2 weeks after the transaction.

I placed the order on Dec 12, 2003 - I received the order February 6, 2004. At time of order, the merchant didn't indicate a backorder on the item. I received two subsequent emails indicating order was delayed. The item was ordered as a Christmas present - had I known it would take 8 weeks to be delivered, I wouldn't have placed the order. Perhaps this is how Online Sports operates. I will not be ordering from Online Sports again.

After receiving confirmation online that order went through, we did not receive it. I called to make sure there was nothing wrong and was told that there was not. The same day there was a message left on my phone that there was an error with the billing. When calling the number left on the message, I could not reach a customer service person, only messages and was asked to leave a message and be called back. This was very cumbersome as I am hard to reach at times. I would not be as concerned that (a)the shipment did not arrive when I was told it would (b)that there was a problem with the billing when I had a confirmation, but that I called to check on it and was told everything was okay when it was not. That is the most disappointing. I will probably not be using Online Sports again. Thanks

They were the only site on the net that offered what I wanted. I was wary about using a company I had not heard of especially when having to use a credit card. I need not have worried. I received a confirming email which included valuable information about shippng costs from US to UK. I then received an email to confirm that the goods had been despatched. It arrived ahead of time.

When I made the initial order, I was not told that they didn't have the item in stock. A week later, they said it would be delayed in shipping but should still reach me by Christmas. Two days after it was to be shipped, I received an email saying it wouldn't be shipped until the end of January. I wrote to tell them I was upset and didn't get much of an apology. Supposedly it was shipped on December 30. We'll see.
