I placed an order on 11/8/2005. Every three weeks or so I would get an e-mail saying the shipment is delayed a month. It's now delayed until 3/1/2006. I'm trying to cancel and get my $$ back. Yeah, right.

This vendor certainly isn't the cheapest. I decided to give them a try. When the item (standard shipping)had not arrived nearly 20 days after ordering it, I called OnlineSports. After holding for about 15 minutes, I spoke to a rep who assured me that the item would be shipping today. We'll see how that works out, either way, I won't be back to shop at OS.

I am not sure I would shop here again, the actual item I wanted was on the web site, but they called me & said it was discontinued & would I like the jogging pedometer (I wanted a walking one). They assured me the jogging one would work the same as the walking one. I ordered it on 3/6/05, talked to at least 3 people on the phone (my cred card was charged immediately), but still did not have my items on 3/15/05. I did finally receive the items, but the procedure was not as easy at it should have been.

Ordered product on 3/8/05 with shippin in 3 to 5 days, 7 days I called to find out if it had shipped and was told they would check and call me back. they never called, so the next day I called again and was told it was supposed to ship on 3/18. on 3/21 I called again and they couldn't tell me if it had shipped yet. I am still waiting.

Navigation following a product search was a little slow and clumsy. I searched 4-5 pages into the results and to return to page-1 (where I found the product I ordered) I had to hit the "Previous" link several times, rather than have a page button on which I could click. Ordering was a few screens too long, but, I did have to register with the site, since this is the first purchase I have made from them. I anticipate future orders to require less time??

Online shopping experience is very good. This is my second purchase with this merchant. I haven't received my order yet but it should arrive soon. After finding the online store it was very easy to purchase. Contact had to be made by e-mails to identify the additional costs of overseas shipping. Once this was done, the order was quickly despatched. It took from the moment of confirmation to door delivery, under 7 full days.. I thank them for the quick and perfect delivery of this product.

I was able to find the product I was looking for without any difficulty. It was not shipped right away due to the timing of my order (right before the Christmas holiday), but I was given an estimated shipping date, which turned out to be accurate. I made the purchase the first week of Nov. I received the one lamp on time but the second lamp was for a birthday present and I did not recieve it until after the person's birthday. My e-mail was returned but I could tell the person did not read it because I said I needed it by Dec. 18th and they replied that it would be delivered in time for Christmas but when I did call about it they did give me a discount for it not being received by the person's birthday.
