Very bad experience.

Read carefully if you don't want to get burned.

I ordered two Canon copier toner cartridges and a replacement notebook PC battery from onlinesupplystore.com (OSS) because of its low price. I received just the toners without the battery. There was no invoice in the shipping box and no explanation as to why it didn't ship the battery. I had to hunt down its telephone number on its web site to contact it's staff. When I placed the order earlier, I specifically said all three items must be shipped together. OSS didn't. When I called to inquire about the missing battery, it's staff initially told me it was being sent by another warehouse location. I waited for a few more days but received nothing from OSS. When I called again, its staff then said there was a "data feed error" on the price of the battery. I was told that it did send me a email about this "problem" with the sender name Katie (but no indication as to its association with onlinesupplystore.com); that was why I was reluctant at first to open the email. The email said:

"I just heard back from the warehouse the item 336962-001 there was a data feed error on the price, the actual price is $79.95. if you still want this we can charge your card the difference of $45.00 and ship it, if not let me know and we will issue you a credit for $34.95 the price of this item."

A more reputable merchant would just honor the "data feed error" price and that would be the end of the story, but not this one. Naturally a customer would prefer ordering everything from the same merchant if most items cost less than others to save shipping cost. I am very upset about onlinesupplystore.com's "take it or leave it" attitude. I am demanding the return of the two cartridges on it's expense, in effect cancelling the entire order all together!!! I have notified my credit card company that I am disputing the transaction with onlinesupplystore.com.

By the way, I've tried to call them three times and each time I got a recorded message asking me to leave a message. I never received a call back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!
